2 packs of chicken (leave it whole)
1 1/2 FLour
3 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp ginger powder
2 tbsp onion powder
3 tbsp five spice powder
1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
1/4 Sesame Oil
1/3 cup Oyster Sauce
2/3 cup Char Siu Sauce
1/3 Ketchup
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil/Olive Oil
1tbsp fresh chives
Preparation
After cleaning meat use flour to wash the meat and leave for 3 mins. Then combine the herbs and spices together in a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients with the chicken.
Add in the wet ingredients such as the soya sauce, sesame oil, ketchup, oyster and char siu sauce.
Drizzle the oil in a baking dish
then arrange chicken neatly and spacious
Baked for 360 degrees or 390 depending on the oven (1 hr). I use 390 because I wanted a rich golden brown chicken.
Cut up chicken slanted place in a dish and garnish with chives
