My grandmother always mentioned when cooking you must cook with flavour. Yesterday, I made a version of Spanish rice. The twist I used in making this rice was the use of herbs instead of using tomatoes sauce or diced tomatoes. I found it to be creative and innovative. This shows that we all have the creative side in us to prepare delicious dishes.
IT IS A DELIGHTFUL DISH YOU MUST TRY.
Note: The rice should grainy but it all depends on the brand of rice and the number of minutes you leave it to cook. There is rice in the grocery when boiled gets very soft eg. Jasmaine rice so be careful.
Variations: you can add a can of tomatoes sauce or diced tomatoes and add the herbs. You can even try adding one of Argentina herb dry chimichurri with the herbs
