Leah who has been eating veggie food for over 6 months has made a wonderful vegetarian pizza. Instead of using flour or whole wheat, she use SWEET POTATOES as the dough. Now that is creative! T his recipe is a delightful recipe anyone can make. It is a traditional baking recipe pass down from my grandmother to my aunt and now me. Although I was not allow to include some secrets my grandmother had shown my aunt and I, I decided to make a twist with the recipe using just the basic ingredients taught to me.
Note: instead of using carrots, you can add any other veggie or healthy products such as walnuts, raisins, pecans to the bread. I included oats with the carrot.
You can be creative in the kitchen. Instead of using regular bread pans, use a cake pan with patterns to bake bread. It is an exciting way to present your bread in a unique way.

Recipe for tuna
1 tin of tuna
2tbsp chadon beni
2tbsp of pimentos (leave the seeds to give flavour)
1 tbsp of Mayonnaise
Mixed together
Decorate on top: cut pimentos in half and place in the middle
You can have other side dishes such as cheese, ham, veggie.
